The houses, which are adjoining, occupy a prime position overlooking the village green and the River Dulnain with its pleasant walkway.
 
At the edge of the village there's a spectacular panoramic view of the Cairngorm Mountains.
 
With an abundance of wildlife right on the doorstep, numerous interesting visitor attractions nearby, great opportunities for outdoor activities such as golf, fishing, hill walking, climbing, water sports, clay pigeon shooting, pony trekking and tennis, there's lots to do in the area at any time of the year.
